TO GET WELL YOU MUST FIX THE CELL

The membranes of your cells are made up of fat.

The type of fat is paramount for the normal healthy function of that cell.

The two categories of dietary fats that absolutely must be removed (at the very least drastically reduce intake of):

  1. MARGARINE
  2. VEGETABLE OILS (sunflower, safflower, rapeseed, etc..)

A simple oil change can go a long way.

Your car engine wouldn’t work well on the wrong type of oil.

Neither does the driving force of your body – the cells.
