1. The promoter

This promotion is run by SpineCentral Ltd, trading as SpineCentral.

  • Clinic address: 29 Ashley Road, Hampton, London TW12 2JA
  • Registered office: Amicable House, 252 Union Street, Aberdeen AB10 1TN
  • Registered in Scotland, company number: SC307469
  • Telephone: 020 8941 4410  |  Email: info@spinecentral.co.uk

All care is delivered by chiropractors registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC), the statutory regulator for chiropractic in the United Kingdom.

2. Who is eligible

  • The offer is open to genuine new patients only. If you have attended SpineCentral at any time previously, as a patient, under any name, at any address, or under any previous offer, voucher, event or screening, you do not qualify.
  • You must be resident in the United Kingdom and able to attend our Hampton clinic in person for both appointments.
  • The offer is open to all ages. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied at every appointment by a parent or legal guardian, who must provide consent for examination and treatment.
  • The offer is limited to one redemption per person and is non-transferable. It cannot be given, sold, exchanged or passed to another individual, and it cannot be exchanged for cash or credit in whole or in part.
  • We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity and to decline or cancel any booking where we reasonably believe the eligibility conditions have not been met.

3. What is included

The £49 fee covers the following, and nothing else:

Visit one

  • Consultation, including a full case history
  • Structural examination and any in-clinic assessments the practitioner considers appropriate on the day

Visit two

  • Report of findings, in which the practitioner explains what has been found and whether we can help
  • Your first treatment, provided you are accepted for care (see section 4)

Visit one and visit two are separate appointments on separate days. Both must be attended for the offer to be completed, and both appointments must take place within 7 days of each other. If more than 7 days pass between the two appointments, the offer no longer applies and standard fees are charged, unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing.

4. Clinical suitability and the first treatment

Treatment is never automatic. It is provided only where, in the professional judgement of the practitioner, it is clinically appropriate and safe to proceed.

  • The first treatment is included only if you qualify for care following your consultation, examination and report of findings.
  • X-rays. Approximately 5% of patients require X-rays. This is a clinical decision, taken only where the examination findings indicate it. X-rays are never routine and are never a condition of the offer. We do not carry out X-rays at our clinic; where they are needed we refer you to a local imaging clinic. The current cost is £130, payable to that clinic and in addition to the £49 fee. That fee is set by the imaging provider and may change.
  • If any other imaging (such as MRI), further medical testing, or onward referral to another healthcare professional is indicated, this will be recommended to you and is charged separately and in addition to the £49 fee. Costs will be confirmed to you before anything is arranged.
  • Where further investigation or referral is required, the clinic reserves the right not to administer treatment until the full diagnostic process has been completed and the findings reviewed.
  • Where treatment is withheld or delayed for clinical reasons, or where you are found not to be suitable for care, the consultation, examination and report of findings have still been delivered in full. The £49 fee remains payable and is not refundable, and the treatment element cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other service.
  • Nothing in this offer guarantees a particular clinical outcome. Results vary between individuals.

5. What is not included

  • X-rays (currently £130 where clinically indicated, paid to the imaging clinic), MRI scans, ultrasound or any other imaging
  • Blood tests, laboratory work or any further medical testing
  • Any onward referral, report, letter or correspondence with a third party
  • Any treatment after the first treatment. Ongoing care is charged at our standard published rates and is entirely optional
  • Orthotics, supports, pillows, mattresses, supplements or any other product
  • Travel, parking or any other personal expense

6. Cancellation, rescheduling and non-attendance

We require 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel either the new patient appointment or the report of findings appointment.

  • With 24 hours’ notice or more: we will rearrange your appointment at no charge and the offer remains valid.
  • With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend: the £49 fee is non-refundable and the first treatment element of the offer is forfeited.
  • This applies to either appointment. Missing the report of findings appointment voids the treatment element in exactly the same way as missing the first appointment.
  • Where the treatment element has been forfeited, you may still book a further appointment and we will honour the remaining consultation, examination and report of findings elements you have not yet received. Any treatment from that point is charged at our standard rate.
  • We may, at our sole discretion, cancel or withdraw the offer entirely in the event of repeated late cancellation or non-attendance.
  • If we need to cancel or move your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you the earliest suitable alternative. Your offer will remain valid in full.

7. Payment

The £49 fee is payable [at the time of booking / at your first appointment]. Where payment is taken in advance, it secures both appointments. Standard fees for any ongoing care are published in the clinic and will be explained to you at your report of findings, before you commit to anything.

If you book online or by telephone and pay in advance, you have the right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you ask us to begin your care within that 14 day period and we do so, you may be charged for the services already provided. This right does not extend beyond appointments that have already taken place.

8. Availability

  • The offer is available while it is being advertised. There is no fixed closing date.
  • We may withdraw, suspend or amend the offer, or these terms, at any time and without notice.
  • The version of these terms published on this page at the time you book is the version that applies to your booking.
  • Appointments are subject to availability. Booking a specific date or time is not guaranteed.
  • The offer cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, voucher or promotion.

9. Your data

Any information you provide when booking is processed in line with our Privacy Notice and with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Clinical records are held securely and retained for the period required by our professional obligations. We will contact you about your appointments as a necessary part of providing care. We will only send you marketing communications where you have given consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

10. General

  • Chiropractic care is not a substitute for emergency medical treatment. If you have symptoms requiring urgent attention, contact NHS 111 or attend an emergency department.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw care where a patient behaves abusively towards our team or where continuing would not be in the patient’s clinical interest.
  • Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
  • If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, please contact us at info@spinecentral.co.uk so that we can put it right. You may also raise concerns with the General Chiropractic Council.
  • These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
