ABC EndoNasal Cranial Correction™ (ECC™) is a treatment method that may help bring the body back into alignment through the correction of cranial bones out of place in a direction the body cannot self-correct.

– Please note that to this date there are no high-quality research trials proving the effectiveness or claims of benefit following ABC Endonasal correction –

– Please note, any person wishing to undergo endonasal correction requires a complete initial consultation, examination and history taking to ensure that they are an appropriate candidate for care, or if they require an onward referral to another healthcare professional. ABC Endonasal is not a stand-alone treatment for cranial problems, rather it is used as part of a comprehensive program of spinal manipulative therapy and soft tissue work to correct problems with spinal pain, posture and mechanics. –

EndoNasal Cranial Correction is a part of the complete Advanced Biostructural Correction protocol, allowing the practitioner to help mechanical cranial bone alignment in a way which would otherwise be impossible by using traditional craniosacral therapies.

These cranial corrections may relieve tension around the skull and lead to positive changes in the rest of the body structure. Since the spinal meninges attach to the various aspects of the skull, cranial misalignment may in some people create tensions throughout the entire spine, as well as local tensions, pressure and symptoms in the skull.

The current working theory is that as skull alignment changes the entire body changes because the compensation patterns of the body will be changed.

A simple way to understand this is: As key areas of the skull are unlocked, they release built-up stress, which in turn optimises the body and brings it back into its most natural state, effectively straightening the mechanics and allowing the body work properly.

The number of treatments required varies from person to person and on the exact outcome that is desired. Often significant to complete relief of symptoms related to abnormal skull/cranial mechanics will be seen within one to two sessions, however, more may be required. If a patient is seeking structural correction (restoration of upright posture) then EndoNasal corrections are carried out intermittently through the corrective care program as and when they are required. As the Advanced BioStructural Correction™ protocol continues, the benefits increase and accrue, though the person may or may not need additional cranial treatment.
