Years ago when I recognised how busy I was and how challenging it was becoming to ‘fit it all in’ I began searching for technologies and gadgets that would help me do more with less. Gadgets that would help me to cook healthy food faster, recover better, and things that I could stack onto normal daily habits (like sleeping and sitting) that would both improve and maintain health on autopilot.
