Who we see
Most people who find us have already had physio, massage, painkillers, or standard chiropractic. Something helped for a few days, then it returned. That pattern is the clue — it means the underlying mechanics were never corrected.
Stiff first thing, worse after sitting, or a back that “goes” every few months without much warning.
Shooting, burning or numb pain running from the low back through the buttock and down the leg.
Tension at the base of the skull, a head that sits forward of the shoulders, headaches that build through the day.
You can hold yourself upright for about thirty seconds. Then you sink again. Effort is not the missing ingredient.
Why we get different results
That is the whole idea behind Advanced BioStructural Correction™. Muscles can pull a bone back into place in most directions — but there are directions where no muscle attaches to reverse the movement. Those are the ones that accumulate. Correct those, and the body stops compensating.

How it works
No vague answers, and nobody handed a leaflet and booked in for twelve sessions they do not understand. It runs over two appointments.
Visit one
We start by listening — what hurts, how long for, what you have already tried. Then we examine properly: digital posture analysis, and a full neurological and orthopaedic screening.
About 45 minutes
Visit two
We sit down and show you what we found, tell you honestly whether we can help, and set out what it would take — how many visits, over what period, and what it costs. If you are not a fit for our care, we will say so.
About 45 minutes · within 7 days of visit one
Visit two, continued
Your first treatment is included in the £49 and is given at that second appointment, once you have your results and have decided to go ahead — provided the examination shows you are suitable for care.

In their words
These are patients of this clinic, filmed at the end of their care. Nothing is scripted.
“Given my past experience, I was sceptical at the start. Having been through the 90-day programme I now feel stronger, more stable, more balanced and I’m not getting any pains in back or leg. All of the niggles I used to get from playing tennis are now gone as well. For me, this has been life changing.”
Rob · Inventor & entrepreneur
“My health journey with SpineCentral has been incredible. I stand taller, I have control over my body and a lack of fear around using it. I feel like I have power over my health.”
Charlie · Head chef
“Anyone who is sitting on the fence, I’d say you’ve just got to do it. It’s entirely systematic, progressive. You start to see results straight away and every visit you get that little bit better and closer to what your body should always have been.”
Oliver · Personal trainer & author
Your clinical team
You will be seen by whichever of our chiropractors has the right availability for you. Every one of them is certified in Advanced BioStructural Correction™ and trained in it here, so the examination and the correction are the same whoever you see. If you would prefer a particular practitioner, just tell reception when you book.

Before you book
£49, and that covers both appointments. Visit one is your consultation and full examination. Visit two is your report of findings, where we explain what we found and whether we can help — plus your first treatment, provided the examination shows you are suitable for care. Booked separately those two appointments are £100, and a treatment is £70. The offer is for new patients only, and both appointments need to happen within seven days of each other. Full terms are here.
Usually not — around one patient in twenty does. It is a clinical decision, never routine, and never a condition of the offer. We do not X-ray at the clinic; if you need imaging we refer you to a local provider, and their current charge is £130, paid to them and on top of the £49. If any further investigation is needed we will tell you what it costs before anything is arranged.
No. Chiropractors in the UK are primary healthcare practitioners, so you can book directly. If we believe you need imaging or a medical opinion, we will refer you.
No. Advanced BioStructural Correction™ uses specific, low-force corrections applied in a particular sequence. There is no twisting of the neck. Most people describe it as firm but comfortable, and many notice they are standing differently when they get up.
We hold appointments open each day for new patients and we are open six days a week. If you are in acute pain, call us on 020 8941 4410 and we will find you the earliest slot we have.
That depends entirely on what we find, and we will not guess before we have examined you. What we will do is give you a clear, defined plan at your report of findings — how many visits, over what period, and what it costs — so you can decide with the full picture in front of you.
Because it addresses a different thing. Those approaches work on muscles, mobility and the painful area. Structural correction addresses the mechanical misalignments your body has no way of reversing on its own — which is usually why the same problem keeps returning. Most of our patients come to us having tried something else first.
Yes — there is parking on Ashley Road and in the surrounding streets, and we are a short walk from Hampton railway station.
Yes. We are certified in the Webster Technique and see a lot of patients through pregnancy and afterwards. Tell us when you book so we allow the right time and set the room up for you.
