The one thing nearly every practitioner is trained to miss
The mechanical fault behind most recurring back pain — why your body cannot correct it on its own, and what actually does.

Now the useful question
Does any of that sound like you?
The mechanism is one thing. Whether it is what is happening in your spine is another. Read these honestly.
- The pain eases with treatment, then comes back a few weeks later
- You have tried physio, massage or chiropractic and it never quite held
- It is worse after sitting — at a desk, in the car, on a flight
- In photographs your head sits forward, or one shoulder is lower
- You have been told it is wear and tear, or simply your age
- You have quietly stopped doing things — running, gardening, lifting — to avoid setting it off
If you recognised yourself in two or three of those, the fault described in the video is worth ruling in or out on your own spine. That takes about forty-five minutes, and it is the only way to know.
What correction looks like
Twenty degrees, to four.
This is a real posture scan from the clinic. The green line is vertical — where the body should sit. The number at the top is how far forward the head actually is. Nobody is asked to take our word for any of this; we measure it, and you see both scans.

The next step
Find out whether that is what is going on in your spine
Initial structural assessment · about 45 minutes
- A full structural and postural examination
- A posture scan like the one above — yours, measured
- Neurological and range-of-motion testing
- Your first correction on the same visit
- A straight answer about whether we can help
If we do not think we can help you, we will say so on the day — and you will not be charged for treatment we do not believe in. We would rather tell you that than take your money.

Four boxes. Reception will ring you to find a time that works.
That’s with us
Anke or Anabel will call you within one working day. If you would rather not wait, ring 020 8941 4410.
Prototype note. Live, this posts to ActiveCampaign, fires the Meta Lead event and the Google Ads conversion, then redirects to a thank-you URL — so both platforms optimise for booked assessments rather than clicks.
No surprises
What actually happens when you come in
We listen, then we measure
Your history — what happened, what you have already tried, what makes it worse. Then a full structural examination and the posture scan.
Your first correction
Gentle and specific. No forceful twisting of the neck. We correct in the order your structure requires, then scan you again so you can see what moved.
The straight answer
What we found, whether we can help, and if so what it takes — number of visits and total cost, in writing, before you commit to anything.

Before you book
The questions we get asked
Does it hurt? Is there a lot of cracking?
Corrections are gentle and specific, and there is no forceful twisting of the neck. Most people describe the release as a relief rather than a shock. You may feel worked-over for a day or two afterwards as the compensations start to unwind.
I have tried chiropractic before and it did not last. Why would this?
Standard adjustments treat the segment that hurts, which is usually a compensation rather than the cause — that is why it resets between visits. ABC™ corrects the forward-stuck vertebrae the body cannot reach itself, in a specific order, so the compensations no longer need to be there.
What happens after the first visit — how much does it cost?
It depends on what we find. You will get a written plan with the number of visits and the total cost at the end of your assessment, before you commit to anything. Nobody is asked to decide on the day.
Do I need a GP referral or a scan first?
No referral is needed. Bring recent scans or reports if you have them, but they are not a requirement. If we think you need imaging or a medical opinion before we treat you, we will say so and help you arrange it.
Is there parking?
Yes — free street parking on Ashley Road and the roads around it, and we are a two-minute walk from Hampton railway station.
